I recently took my family to Meeresblick in Kühlungsborn-West for a much-needed escape. Nestled directly on the sandy beach and promenade, it turned out to be a wonderful choice for us. No fuss with mealtime, as the self-catering apartments were well-equipped. We enjoyed preparing a few family meals together - it felt like home away from home. One of the highlights was my two kids, both under 16, exploring the beach in the afternoons. The beach was just a stone's throw away, offering them plenty of space to run and play. We even built a sandcastle that managed to survive a brief shower! The inclusive atmosphere made us feel welcome, with other families around sharing the same joyous vibe. The local surroundings also provided a picturesque backdrop for our evening strolls. If you're a family looking for a relaxed getaway with ample seaside activities, Meeresblick could be a worthwhile option.
